For Companies

American National Bank & Trust (ANBT) has been ranked as one of the most profitable 200 community banks in the nation by American Banker Magazine. CSIIP ranks ANBT as one of its loyal participating companies! Scott Bellows (right) presented the CSIIP plaque to Tom Baker of Evonik Industries in Hopewell. Evonik hired interns who majored in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, and Chemistry. BASF - The Chemical Company, located in Suffolk, has been one of the most active supporters of CSIIP. Matt Connolly, President, Landtech Resources Inc. in Williamsburg, graciously accepted the CSIIP plaque on behalf of his wife, Lisa, who hired three interns this year. Evonik Industries understands the value of teamwork, which is why they have joined forces with CSIIP to fill their internship positions. Paul Panetta of Applied Research Associates in Gloucester, accepted the CSIIP plaque with a smile and gave a tour of the Virginia Institute of Marine Science where the engineering internship was located.

Is your company planning to hiring undergraduate interns? CSIIP is a great way to access statewide science, technology, engineering and math talent from a single online source. Interns offer a fresh perspective on the latest technologies and can provide an ongoing source of potential future employees.
